Grief is a very normal human experience and emotion that we feel before, during, and after a loss, a death, and a life transition. There is no time-line for grief. We will grieve for as long as we are breathing. Grief has it's own time and space - It is our work to learn from grief and to integrate grief into our life as we journey forward.
There is no "right" or "wrong" way to grieve. Grief is very personal to you and to your experience(s).
