Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is grief?Grief is a very normal human experience and emotion that we feel before, during, and after a loss, a death, and a life transition. There is no time-line for grief. We will grieve for as long as we are breathing. Grief has it's own time and space - It is our work to learn from grief and to integrate grief into our life as we journey forward. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to grieve. Grief is very personal to you and to your experience(s).

How I Work as a Death and Grief Companion? As a companion, I journey with you holding sacred space. This might look like: ~ Phone consultations as needed. ~ Phone/Zoom counseling sessions. ~ Weekly meetings. ~ Offering space without judgement for all that needs to be expressed. ~ Compassion, understanding, and a safe space.

Can I Schedule a Free Consultation Session?Yes! I offer a 30 minute free consultation session to learn more from you and for us to both explore if we are well-suited to work with each other. Everyone is different and it is important to acknowledge, to be honest, and authentic about our work going forward.
